A new career is waiting for you

After graduating from the UA VIP program, students will be placed into a UA Department of Labor (DOL) UA-registered apprenticeship program at an agreed-upon location.

Graduates completing the apprenticeship will become journeymen, creating extensive opportunities and career paths for themselves.

Journeymen are highly skilled and can manage apprentices, start their own businesses or become instructors, among other career paths.

Apprentices will earn good pay while they train to become journeymen and will receive regular wage increases as they learn more skills.

Service members preparing to leave the service and seeking a civilian career are encouraged to apply to the UA VIP program.
