Congratulations to Fort Campbell Fire Suppression Class 16 students for reaching the halfway point in their UA VIP training.
These dedicated service members have been preparing to transition from military life into rewarding civilian careers in the pipe trades.

What is the UA VIP program?
The UA VIP program is a DOD SkillBridge initiative designed to help active-duty service members transition into civilian careers.
VIP students gain industry-recognized certifications and hands-on experience, preparing them for apprenticeships with UA signatory contractors.
During the second half of their on-base training, Class 16 students will have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications before they graduate in May.
As UA apprentices, UA VIP graduates will earn good union wages and comprehensive healthcare benefits for themselves and their families.
